My Journey to Becoming a Coach

Like so many of my contemporaries, if a ladder appeared before me in my twenties, I scaled it. I graduated with honors from law school and simultaneously received a master’s degree. I then dove headfirst into my legal career, determined to be
“the best” attorney.

A few years into my career, my lofty goals began to lose their luster when I found myself in a toxic work environment. Like so many I know, the stress and burnout pushed me to a rock bottom. I felt like my only option was to walk away from what had been my dream job.

Around that time, I began working with a coach who asked me powerful questions. I realized I was disconnected from myself and my essence. I began to read different books, look at my life with fresh eyes, and expand in new directions. I began the journey of reconnecting with my truth, intuition, and authenticity.

In my case, I didn’t have to quit my job or move cities. Making choices that moved the needle one degree at a time — in alignment with my authenticity — has transformed where my life. I completed a novel manuscript, received a leadership coaching certification, coached 100+ hours, and became a mother.

My key values are connection and creativity. I love studying esoteric wisdoms: Human Design, astrology, tarot, and dream work. I am a healer of connection. I am deeply attuned to the magic within change and delight in the space of transformation:
joy, letting go, surprise, and remembering.

I believe in the interconnectedness of all souls on this human journey.
I believe we’re all here to remember, reconnect, and embody our authentic Self.

Most importantly, I firmly believe that you have every answer you seek within yourself and that it is my joy, gift, and privilege to help you surface those answers.
