What is Coaching?
Coaching Defined
At its core, coaching is a professional relationship designed to help you unlock your potential and achieve your goals. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. It’s about focusing on where you are now and where you want to be, and then creating a path to get there.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching is rooted in connection. It is about reconnection with your inner wisdom, your values, your voice, and your most authentic self. We all experience seasons where we drift from who we truly are. Coaching is a space to gently return.
I don’t believe you need to reinvent your whole life overnight. You don’t need to burn everything down or have all the answers in a flash. Often, what creates the most meaningful change is the small, intentional shift, one degree at a time, in the direction of your truth.
As your coach, I’m not here to fix or advise you. I’m here to hold space, reflect your inner clarity back to you, and ask powerful questions to help you remember what you already know to be true.
My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep listening. I draw from a blend of leadership coaching tools and intuitive practices like dreamwork, Human Design, and energetic reflection.
This is not therapy, nor is it about diagnosis. Coaching is a forward-moving, collaborative partnership that honors both your logic and your soul.
At its core, I believe you already carry the answers you’re seeking. My role is to walk beside you as you uncover them and to support you in creating change that resonates and feels sustainable.
Why Coaching Matters
I believe in the power of small, daily shifts. The beauty of coaching is that when you discover your inner truth, you become naturally motivated to create change. Even a one-degree shift in your daily choices can lead you to a life that feels more authentic, more aligned, and more “you” than ever before.
Disclaimer: Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching is not therapy. I am not a licensed therapist. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is to support you in finding clarity and taking aligned action toward your goals. If you ever feel that you need therapeutic support, I encourage you to seek out a qualified mental health professional.
